An SRO (Student Resources Officer) is a police officer assigned to a local school. The officer is on site to help students with concerns they may have and to educate the students, staff, and support staff about interacting with law enforcement. The officer also is a community resource person who can assist with problems that concern the school and community. The SRO and Alert Recall work hand in hand to keep our schools safe.
